CBHN hosted a free online cooking class featuring celebrity chef Tiffany Derry, aiming to educate the local African American community on healthy eating habits & empowering them to take control of their health through learning how to cook. I collaborated with CBHN & Capital Brands to drive event registrations by leveraging demographic, geographic, and interest-based targeting strategies to spread awareness. This led to an increase in event registrations, ultimately enhancing CBHN's impact by improving healthy eating education within the communities they serve.
SAVA Charter School
SAVA Charter School wanted to help more students prepare for careers within in-demand fields while spreading awareness of their tuition-free Career Pathway programs. Through leading their digital acquisition efforts I was able to help them reach more prospective students while generating enrollment inquiries for under $20 per lead.
Western Dental Portfolio Brands
Western Dental wanted to generate more booked appointments and provide dental work for patients under their portfolio brands (Brident & Vital Smiles). While working closely with their Sacramento-based digital acquisition agency, Digital marketing Labs, I was able to help them reduce patient acquisition costs & improve their reporting process. This led to an increase KPI visibility, allowing us to better understand which markets to invest our advertising dollars in & improve our marketing ROI.
CareSave Tech. Portfolio Brands
CareSave Technologies had 5 healthcare & tech brands they wanted improve their impact footprint for within the communities they serve. Their team wanted to help more nurses create a better work-life balance through their brand ShiftMed while helping more families in need of in-home care through their brands HomeCare.com and Care In Homes. While working within their digital acquisition team, I implemented new strategies that helped us serve more people & improve their impact footprint across the board.
Balance Treatment Center
Balance Treatment Center wanted to improve the mental health of people within the greater Los Angeles county community by opening two new locations & serving more patients. While working with their TV Advertising & SEO team, I rebuilt their landing pages & revamped patient-facing messaging, launched paid digital efforts across Google & Facebook, and help them break new personal records by generating over 85 inbound phone call inquiries in a single month.
SMUD
Sacramento Municipal Utilities District (SMUD) wanted to drive awareness & enrollments for their various programs designed to help Sacramento Residents access clean energy. Working alongside Digital Market Labs, I managed their digital acquisition & awareness efforts across paid search & paid social for over 5 years, helping them increase program & event registrations across the board.

Tell the people you serve exactly what they need to do in order to accept your help. When people understand exactly how to get started and what to expect, they begin to trust your organization and are more likely to accept your help.

In January of 2023, I helped Care In Homes lift lead volume by 4x while dropping CPAs by 10% YoY after revising their paid search strategy on Microsoft Ads to reach people who were most likely to convert.
ShiftMed reached more nurses & acquired more users for their staffing app.
From November 2021 to January 2023, I helped ShiftMed scale their Apple Advertising efforts from $0 toover $90k/mo and acquire more app users without exceeding their CPI targets.
